it was October 31st and the time had come for us to hit the road… Big City Plans awaited us!

It was a great day celebrating my dad’s birthday in the big city!

For my mom’s birthday back in August, my dad and I had decided that we would surprise her with tickets to the Symphony at the Sydney Opera House – a dream come true for her! Her dad was Australian and spoke of the construction of this beautiful iconic building! So incredible and ahead of it’s time when it was designed and constructed back in 1958!

So very thankful for my amazing parents… for coming over to explore this part of the world that we have decided to call home… making new memories to cherish always, every time we turned around… truly was such a gift. Though it was a whirlwind of only 2 weeks – it was filled with so much love and joy that will continue to bless us as we think back to the events and enjoy the photos that captured these precious moments!
